Step 1
Sign In
You need two pieces of information from your administrator to log in.

Enter your Customer ID
A 4-digit number identifying your company. The app auto-advances to the PIN field after 4 digits.

Enter your Driver PIN
Your personal 6-digit PIN. Keep it private. Ask your admin to reset it if forgotten.

Tap Sign In
Your session lasts 8 hours โ no need to sign in again during a full work day.
Step 2
Plan a Route
Enter your delivery addresses and start optimizing.

Enter addresses
One address per line. Add an invoice number after a semicolon:
123 Main St, Miami FL; INV-48922
Pick from Address Book
Tap Book to select from your saved addresses. Already-added addresses are pre-checked.

Load a saved route
Select a route slot and tap Load โ to restore a previously optimized route.

Tap Plan Route
The app geocodes addresses, optimizes the order, and opens the map view.

Step 3
Address Book
Save your regular delivery addresses to reuse every day.
Access
Tap the book icon at the bottom of the planning screen. Each route slot has its own address book.
Add Addresses
Type an address and tap Add, or import a .txt file with one address per line.
Pick for Today
Tap Book on the planning screen, check what you need, tap Add to Route.
Save
Tap Save โ after editing. Imported addresses save automatically.
Step 4
The Map View
Your main working screen while on the road.
Map Pins
Numbered pins show each stop. โ = delivered, โฅ = deferred.
Stop List
Stops in optimized order. Next stop is highlighted. Tap address to open maps.
Driver Mode
Tap truck icon to hide the map and show list only. Tap again to show map + refresh.
Reorder
Long-press the drag handle (โฎโฎ) and drag to change stop order.
Set Start
Tap a stop's number circle to select it, then tap Set Start.
Maps Button
Select 2+ stops โ tap Maps to open a multi-stop route in your map app.

Step 5
Marking Deliveries
Tap the green โ button on any stop to mark it delivered.

Tap โ on the stop
The delivery confirmation screen appears.

Take a photo (if required)
Tap Take / Choose Photo. Once taken, the Deliver button activates.

Add a comment (optional)
e.g. "Left at front door" or "Handed to receptionist".

Tap โ Deliver
Stop is marked delivered, pin turns green, route auto-saves.

Accidentally marked delivered? Tap the stop row on desktop to see Restore to Pending.
Step 7
Saving & Loading Routes

Select a route slot
Choose Route 1, Route 2, etc. from the dropdown in the top bar.

Tap Save
The Save button pulses purple when unsaved changes exist. After the first save, the route auto-saves on every delivery.

Load next time
From the planning screen, select the slot and tap Load โ. Stop order, delivery status, and photos are all restored instantly.
Step 8
Route History
Access
Tap the clock icon at the bottom of the planning screen.
Photos
Tap a delivery photo thumbnail to view full size.
Navigate
Tap any address in history to open it in your map app.
Notes
Comments left at delivery time appear below the timestamp.
